How to nurture your rug

Your hand tufted rug will take about a week to flatten out and recover from being rolled in transport. Being a hand tufted product each rug may be slightly different and may have varying imperfections but we embrace imperfections!

Loving your rug will increase the life of it and allow it to lounge in your home longer. We suggest to not have it in direct natural sunlight, as the colours may fade. Due to the shagginess, we recommend gently vacuuming your rug or give it a little pat outside to let the dust and snack crumbs be free. For a light clean you could use a sticky lint roller. Use a soft soap for any sudden stains and lightly pat.

Materials

Each rug under Rashelle is hand tufted and designed by her personally with 100% acrylic yarn and a polyester underlay. Rashelle’s rugs are best suited for low-medium traffic areas.

Each rug under the YOUR HOMEY collection is hand tufted by artisans in India with 100% New Zealand wool and designed by Rashelle in Amiskwaciwâskahikan, treaty 6 territory. (Edmonton, AB)

Shipping & Returns

Some products are made per order, please allow for up to 10 business days to process your order. We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. All prices are in Canadian dollars

All products under Rashelle are all final sale.

All products under Your Homey can be returned within 5 business days of receiving the item. It must have all packaging and are responsible for all shipping costs coming back.
